1. SPONSOR & PROMOTIONAL ENTITIES
Sponsor: ABC Appliance, Inc. d/b/a ABC Warehouse, 1 W Silverdome Industrial Park, Pontiac, MI 48342.
Prize Provider / Promotional Partner: Haier US Appliance Solutions, Inc. d/b/a GE Appliances, Louisville, KY.
Promotional Partner: Detroit Lions, Inc., Allen Park, MI.
(The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, including Detroit Lions, Inc., and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and employees shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.)
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States residing within the states of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of ABC Warehouse, GE Appliances, Detroit Lions, Inc., the NFL, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies are ineligible.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 13 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 20 ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
4. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, eligible participants must provide three (3) required pieces of contact information:

Entrants may submit their information via either of the following methods:
In-Store Entry: Complete an official entry form at any participating ABC Warehouse retail store location and deposit it into the designated promotional entry box.
Online Entry: Visit the designated sweepstakes page on the ABC Warehouse website, complete the required fields (Name, Phone, Email), and submit.
Entry Limit: Strictly limited to one (1) entry per person and email address across all entry methods. Automated, mechanical, script, or robotic entries are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant.
5. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV / MSRP): $6,296.00.
Delivery & Installation Conditions: Prize includes standard local delivery within ABC Warehouse’s customary retail delivery footprint. Prize does not include unboxing, installation, custom cabinetry, electrical modifications, plumbing, gas line connection, or haul-away/removal of existing appliances.
No cash redemption, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize model with one of equal or greater value if advertised items become unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly drawn on or about December 23 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the drawing date.
Verification: The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of initial notification and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to timely return required documentation, or is determined ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
7. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the tax year in which the prize is claimed for the fair market value of $6,296.00.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ABC Warehouse, GE Appliances, Detroit Lions, Inc., the NFL, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or liability arising out of or related to entry into the sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for the Sponsor and promotional partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. GOVERNING LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles, and settled exclusively within state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
10. WINNER LIST REQUEST
