Delivery Information

Free home delivery is available within our service area in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana via mail in rebate.

Please provide clear access for your product being delivered.

Home Delivery Includes: All appliances are unpacked and set in place.

Home Delivery and Installation Includes: All appliances are unpacked and set in place. If applicable, the appliance will be installed. Dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, ice makers and other built-in appliances are delivered to your home and left in cartons. We can recommend a sub-contractor to provide installation.

Haul Away: Please make sure all items are disconnected before pickup. The old item will be removed from the home. All items must be empty and ready to be removed. Haul-away is currently available on Appliances and Mattresses. Currently, we are not able to haul away old furniture.

Move: Your sales invoice must specify that moving of old appliances or haul-away services have been pre-arranged. Drivers will move old appliances as specified, on a one-to-one basis, to the side of your home or basement providing the appliance is disconnected from existing water, gas and/or power, and is empty and ready to be moved. Drivers will be as careful as possible, but we cannot be responsible for damage to the old unit or property when moving. Drivers cannot dismantle or make house alterations when removing your old appliance.

In-Store Pick-Up: Before going to the store, please wait to receive your store pickup notification e-mail. This email arrives within 30 minutes* on average, and confirms that your product is in stock and available for pickup.

For security purposes, only the person who placed the order can pick it up. Please bring your order #, photo ID, and the purchasing credit card (the name on the credit card used for purchase must match the name of the person who is picking up the order). If you purchased using a Gift Card only, please bring your order #, photo ID, and Gift Card with you.

Look for the "Internet Order Pick-Up" signs or ask the nearest salesperson to direct you.

*If you have ordered after store hours, you will not receive the store pickup notification E-mail until the next business day.

Home Delivery Information

Delivery is available on a majority of products through FedEx or our home delivery service, exclusions apply on a product-by-product basis. Additional services such as appliance removal are available. Free home delivery is available on major appliances, televisions 55" or larger, and Mattresses $697 and up within our service areas in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana via mail-in rebate. All other items are shipped through FedEx. Tracking information will be sent via email when your order has shipped.

Most items are unpacked, set in place, and installed (see below for further details). If applicable, the appliance will be installed. Any built-in appliances that are delivered to your home will be left in cartons.  ABC can recommend a subcontractor to provide installation. 

Haul Away Information:

If choosing the haul-away option, please make sure all items are disconnected before pickup. The old item will be removed from the home. All items must be empty and ready to be removed. Haul-away is currently available on appliances and mattresses ONLY. Currently, we are not able to haul away old furniture.

Moving Information:

Your sales invoice must specify that moving of old appliances or haul-away services have been pre-arranged. Drivers will move old appliances as specified, on a one-to-one basis, to the side of your home or basement, providing the appliance is disconnected from existing water, gas, and/or power and is empty and ready to be moved. FedEx Shipments:

All other items are shipped via FedEx service. Tracking information will be sent via email when your order has shipped.

What to Expect For Your Appliance Delivery

  • Measure the delivery path to ensure it’s wide enough for the product to make it from the front door to the installation location. Note that we can’t remove complex doors to get appliances into delivery spaces.
  • Verify the product will fit in the installation location.
  • Clear the area by the appliance.
  • Clear a path from the street to the delivery space. In inclement weather, ensure the path is clear of snow and/or ice.
  • If having an existing appliance removed, empty the the existing appliance and ensure it’s drained of water, not hot to the touch and unplugged, as applicable, and allow time for the freezer to defrost.
  • Have an adult age 18 or older present at the time of the appointment to sign for the delivery.
  • Confine all pets to a separate area.
  • Have all new cords required for connection.

What to Expect For Your Mattress Delivery

  • Measure the delivery path to ensure it’s wide enough for the product to make it from the front door to where your new mattress will be placed. Note that we can’t remove complex doors or remove any banisters.
  • Double-check that the mattress will fit in its designated spot.
  • Clear a path from the street to the delivery space. In inclement weather, ensure the path is clear of snow and/or ice.
  • Contact us in advance if you would like us to move or haul away your old mattress.
  • Unsanitary mattresses will not be removed from the home.
  • Have an adult age 18 or older present at the time of the appointment to sign for the delivery. Confine all pets to a separate area.

Delivery Drivers Will Provide The Following

Delivered and set in place. Washer will be leveled and installed only when specified on the sales receipt. Only new hoses supplied by the manufacturer or purchased from ABC Warehouse will be connected to an existing water line. Drain hose will be connected to proper stand pipe or tub when possible.

Electric dryers are delivered, set in place then leveled. Manufacturers do not provide electrical connectors. These are available for purchase through ABC Warehouse.

Gas dryers will be delivered and set in place. ABC will not install gas dryers or dryer vents, but can gladly recommend a sub-contractor.

Delivered, set in place and leveled. Handles will be attached when required. ABC does not install ice makers or waterlines but we can recommend a sub-contractor.

Dishwashers, built-in ovens, cooktops, range hoods, ice makers and other built-in appliances are delivered to your home and left in cartons. We can recommend a sub-contractor to provide installation.

Delivered, set in place and leveled.

Gas Ranges are delivered and set in place. Hook-up of your gas range is available (additional charge applies), providing there is a proper gas shut-off valve above the floor behind the range. Additionally, a new gas line must be purchased at time of sale.

Electric Ranges are delivered, set in place, then leveled and plugged into existing outlet. Manufacturers do not provide electrical connectors. These are available for purchase through ABC Warehouse.

Delivered, unboxed and set in place. ABC does not hang TV's but we can recommend a subcontractor.

Delivered, set in place, cushions & backrest installed (if applicable). The set-up area must be cleared of obstructions including removal of existing furniture if applicable.

Delivered, frame assembled & set in place.

In-Store Pick Up For Online Orders

Before going to the store, please wait to receive your store pickup notification e-mail. This email arrives within 30 minutes* on average after placing your order online and confirms that your product is in stock and available for pickup.

For security purposes, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
